to Our New Website
Hi! We’ve moved our online store to a new website at shopjgo.com. Here’s a simple, three-step guide to bring your old orders, loyalty points, and subscriptions with you.
If anything is confusing, please just call us. We’re happy to walk you through every click.

Place Your First Order on the New Site
Go to shopjgo.com and place an order — even a small one. You don’t need to log in or create an account to check out.
This first order is what unlocks the rest of the steps.
Go to ShopJGO.com to OrderLog In or Create Your New Account
After your first order, go to the Account page on shopjgo.com. You can either:
- Sign in with the email you just used to place the order, or
- Create a brand-new account with a fresh password
Click “Link with Shopify”
Once you’re logged in, look for a button that says “Link with Shopify”. Click it, and we’ll automatically pull over:
Shopify will email you a code — make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a minute. The email sometimes lands there.
- All your past orders
- Your loyalty / rewards points
- Your active subscription
That’s it — you’re all set.
